Praying It: Give it to God

The Morning Offering:

Before I get up, I first say a short prayer. The day looks different if you don’t just stumble straight into it. – Pope Benedict XVI, God and the World

A morning or daily offering is a prayer that brings everything to God for that day. By the grace of God nothing is wasted in our day. Nothing is purposeless. The offering is also an opportunity to bring God into every aspect of our lives.

The Apostleship of Prayer website offers a beautiful selection of daily offering prayers to choose from.
