Midnight in Paris (2011; Owen Wilson) PG13 – An imaginative story of a dreamer who always wished he lived in a different era. Some mature content.

Miss Potter (2006; Renée Zellweger, Ewan McGregor) PG – The charming, but at times tragic, story of beloved children’s author Beatrix Potter.

Nanny McPhee Returns (2010; Maggie Gyllenhaal) PG – A mysterious and magical nanny arrives to help a harried mother, whose husband is away at war.

The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster – An adventure in the Kingdom of Wisdom which has been turned upside-down by the banishment of Rhyme and Reason. Great for all ages (especially 10 and up).

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2014; Ben Stiller) PG – Walter Mitty has long been too caught up in his own daydreams to notice what’s going on around him, until the magazine he works for is downsized into an online-only publication. High school.
